I am now using Lyeston LLyod's week 3 podcast. No music, only instruction or cue to walk/run. First 3 mins run is ok but the second 3 mins are gruelling and I was waiting for voice that will say, "20 seconds left".
I have downloaded a neat GPS tracking application on my blackberry called SportyPal. I tracked the 3rd run using the tool.
