C25K - Week 5 Day 1

First and third 3 mins run are slowed pace, but no huffing & puffing :)
Third run, my legs feel heavy.

Second was faster and no huffing & puffing. 

Hmm, both my knees feel sore.  Need to search for in runnersworld or coolrunning forum, to check if anyone else facing this issues.
